Life Strategy Plus Effort

Too often you and I go about life with no real life strategy (purpose, mission, values, and plan), like a ship without a rudder, thrown about by whatever storms hit us. We’re surprised when we experience life challenges, even though we’ve done nothing to prepare for them. For example:

The #1 Lesson

If we don’t prepare ourselves financially now, we increase the probability of an individual or family financial crises in the future.
If we don’t prepare ourselves physically now, we increase the probability of a health crises in the future.
If we don’t prepare ourselves mentally and emotionally now, we increase the probability of a mental health crises in the future.
If we don’t prepare ourselves spiritually now, we increase the probability of a faith crises in the future.

Therefore, What?

Begin emulating the squirrel by taking consistent and predictable action. Write down your life’s purpose (why you’re alive), the mission you want to accomplish before dying, what’s important to you (your values), and a simple plan you’ll commit to in order to achieve your purpose. Consistency, awareness, and daily persistence are essential characteristics as you embark on this new and intentional journey, discovering a new life now, and continually evolving into a stronger and more powerful being.
